ion-menu-toggle
Menu Toggleコンポーネントは、メニューの開閉を切り替えるために使用することができます。
メニュートグルは、選択されたメニューが有効な場合にのみ表示されます。メニューが無効になっている場合や、分割ペインとして表示されている場合は、メニュートグルは非表示になります。常にメニュートグルを表示するには、autoHideプロパティをfalseに設定します。
